We offer - 9” Gluten Free, 12” Small, 16” Medium, 20” Large
We make our crust with Caputo Flour, water, olive oil, yeast & CO Mountain Honey.  It is "Colorado Style" pizza - thin and crispy in the center with a bit of a pull toward the outer edge.  Our GF  crust (not made in-house) is awesome! Please subtract $2 from 12" prices for GF specialty pies!

GBO BASE (garlic basil olive oil)

GODDESS - spinach, black olives, cremini mushroom, artichoke hearts, heirloom tomatoes, fresh mozz, & goat cheese. Finished with fresh basil and balsamic reduction.                                                26/33/39

Proteins: Local all beef Italian sausage, breakfast bacon, chicken, meatballs, and anchovies. 

Specialty Meats (double charge): Creminelli pepperoni, pecan wood smoked pork collar, mortadella (when available), Capicolla (when available), La Quercia Nduja (when available).

Cheeses: mozzarella, fresh mozzarella, ricotta, goat cheese, and feta cheese.  We often have burrata (a rich combination of fresh mozz and cream).
